PRIMARY GOAL

100% ENGAGEMENT

The PRIMARY goal is that 100% of those who call One Family home will engage deeply with what it means to develop into a devoted follower of Christ through generosity. This is about discovering how God wants to work IN us.

SECONDARY GOAL

$10M OVER 2 YEARS

The SECONDARY goal is about furthering God’s mission THROUGH us, his church. Through our shared generosity, we get to partner with God and go ALL IN to further ministry, reach our community and impact the world!

WHAT IS A “ONE FUND” INITIATIVE?

Instead of giving toward multiple funds (general fund, building fund, missions fund, etc.) we will combine all generosity toward ONE FUND. This includes fulfilling our everyday ministry (annual budget) as well as the future vision we are moving toward.

  • ALL IN ON

    MINISTRY & MISSION ($7M)

    Over the next two years, we will invest in expanding and strengthening our ministries to adults, students, and kids—through inspiring weekly celebrations, a thriving Dream Team, life-giving Life Groups, and the continued growth of One Family Kids and One Family Students.

  • ALL IN ON

    OUTREACH & MISSIONS ($800K)

    Over the next two years, we will invest in local, national and global missions: partnering with organizations, supporting church planting, and mobilizing our church to serve and share the love of Jesus in our city and around the world.

  • ALL IN ON

    HOME (FACILITIES) ($2.2M)

    Over the next two years, we will invest in creating safe, welcoming, and functional spaces—upgrading and maintaining our facilities to better serve our church family, support ministry growth, and create environments where people can encounter Jesus.

Now to Him who is able to do above and BEYOND all that we ask or think according to the power that works in us - to Him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen.

COMMIT TO GO ALL IN

  • PRAY PERSISTENTLY

    Pray that God will work in the hearts of people at One Family Church. Personally prayer, “God what is the part you want me to play in ALL IN?”

    • Pray daily for our church’s primary and secondary goals.

  • COMMIT FULLY

    Say, “YES! I’m committed to go ALL IN to pursue becoming a more fully devoted follower of Jesus in all areas of my life - including my generosity.”

    • Participate fully in the ALL IN six-week sermon series beginning the weekend of February 22nd.
    • Participate in a Life Group going through the ALL IN curriculum.

  • CHEER LOUDLY

    God ALL IN to celebrate and share with others the vision God has for us to further ministry, reach our community and impact the world!

    • Talk to others about how God is working in your life and share the exciting things God is doing in our church.

  • GIVE GENEROUSLY

    Ask God to reveal what it means to give in a way that draws you closer to him and that demonstrates that you are ALL IN to further the mission and ministry of his Church!

    • Participate in our Advance Commitment Night on Sunday, March 22nd.
