Through 41 & Change Coffee Co., kids in St. Louis and Nicaragua experience YoungLife camp to hear the message of Jesus and indigenous farmers are paid 25% more than the national wage.

Through Genesis Coffee Lab, coffee is sourced directly from award-winning producers in Ethiopia, ensuring superior quality with no middlemen. They create lasting partnerships, provide fair compensation, and give back 10% of online sales to support education and healthcare in Ethiopian communities.

 The One Family Leadership Academy…is a year-long internship program specifically designed to provide young adults who have graduated from high school (18-29) with high-level leadership development, deep spiritual guidance, and practical skills to help you flourish in your calling and purpose no matter where you find yourself in life. Throughout the program, participants will be mentored by experienced staff members, and will work alongside them on various ministry projects to gain hands-on experience in a supportive and nurturing environment.
