Disaster Response

When disasters strike, people will turn and look to God. Through the local church, they will experience His hands pulling them to safety, His feet pushing through the flood waters to provide relief, and His love creating hope when it is needed most. We believe God is present in this recovery, right there in the trenches—helping, healing, and working through His people to provide light in a time of darkness.

If you know anyone from One Family Church who is in immediate need as a result of a disaster or you would like to raise your hand to help with the recovery process, please contact us at info@onefamilychurch.com.

Many of you have asked how you can help. We are so thankful for your commitment to loving people in need.  Below are ways you can be a part of the recovery.

In the days directly following a disaster, the best thing we can do is let the response professionals do what they do best. As soon as it would be most helpful, we will set up and communicate service opportunities.

Thank you for your love, support, prayers, and generosity.

You are already helping recovery in a major way through your giving. We will continue to send resources from the One Family Church missions budget on your behalf. Often, our local outreach partners are on the frontlines of recovery.  If you would like to give more, you can visit One Family Church’s online giving page.
